Refund policy
There is a free 14-day trial, so a purchase is rarely a surprise. When it is, this is what happens.
Within 14 days
Ask at [support@yourdomain] and your first purchase is refunded in full, no questions. The seat is deactivated when the refund is issued.
After that
Monthly seats can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid month. Annual seats are not refunded pro rata: a cancelled annual seat runs to the end of the paid year. Paddle is the merchant of record for the sale, and their own refund policy applies where it is stricter than this one.
Consumer law
Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the consumer law of your country.
