Support and contact

We answer within [N business days], [TIMEZONE, e.g. NZST]. Anything affecting a committed model is treated as the highest severity.

Support

[support@yourdomain]

Installation, licensing, a value that displays wrong, a refused Sync. Include what is listed on the right and we can usually answer from the first message.

Sales · multi-seat · invoices

[sales@yourdomain]

Five seats and up, purchase orders, a deployment brief for IT, or a question the pricing page did not answer.

What to include in a report
  • Revit version and IQ Tools version (Help → About)
  • What you did, what you expected, what happened
  • The log file from [LOG PATH]
  • A screenshot of the grid or the Sync Review, if it is visual

Logs carry element IDs and parameter names, never geometry. See Privacy.

Continuity

If we stop, your models and your seats do not.

If IQ Tools is ever discontinued, every seat that is paid and active at that point is converted to a perpetual licence — a signed licence that does not expire, does not revalidate, and can be moved to a replacement machine without contacting anyone. Where the decision is ours you get at least 90 days' notice and a final installer alongside the licences; and if we were ever unable to do even that, an installed copy keeps working rather than locking, because the licence check is a periodic check and never a gate.

Whatever the commitment, one thing is already true: IQ Tools writes only ordinary Revit data into your models. Nothing in a model depends on IQ Tools existing.

Your report is triaged by the person who built the Sync Review, not a ticket queue.
